Welcome to The Fishing Archives a new and vibrant website aimed at providing North East anglers with up to date information on where and when to fish in their local area, with great tips and just about everything you could ever want to know about fishing in the region. There are informative articles about game, coarse and sea fishing, with local information on each technique appearing at all appropriate times of the year.
The stuff we’ll post will only appear when you need to see it, though, so that you’re all clued-up to hit the riverbank, lakeside, coastline or estuary the next time you’re free. In other words you won’t be reading about tench fishing in January or cod fishing in July! We’ve even included one or two articles just to make you feel good about your favourite sport!
Most of the content is produced by the website’s owners Pete and Dene, but there’s also a News Section to help keep you up to date with everything that’s happening in the world of North East Angling and don’t forget to check out “North East Fishing Marks & Venues” for a comprehensive list of fishing places - Game, Coarse and Sea - right across the region.
